Order Status

For information on your online order status, or tracking information, type in your online order number and Billing Zip Code.

Don't remember your online order number?  Use the RCBS Chat to lookup your most recent online order number! 

While checking your online order status, look for the status message at center of screen. 

If message indicates "Order has been placed successfully", then the order is still in process. 

When order has been shipped, there will be a green bar, and a link to the tracking.
